IT Support Specialist

Information Technology (IT) All Over KSA Full-time

Description

Provide technical support for the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, and software used across laboratories, offices, and site operations. Assist employees with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintain IT equipment, and support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications. Help ensure data security, system reliability, and efficient IT services across the organization.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and basic server administration

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues

Familiarity with office software, email systems, and user account management

Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide user-friendly technical assistance

Preferred:

Experience supporting corporate office and laboratory IT environments

Knowledge of network devices, firewalls, and backup systems

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
