Civil Laboratory Supervisor
Description
Lead and supervise laboratory testing activities for construction materials including concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates. Ensure that all tests are performed according to applicable standards and project specifications. Oversee laboratory technicians, review test results, maintain quality control procedures, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and clients to support testing requirements and timely reporting.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of testing standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, and BS
Experience supervising laboratory technicians and managing testing workflows
Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and reporting procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
ARAMCO approved Civil Laboratory Supervisor or prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
Experience with large infrastructure or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
Experience supervising laboratory technicians and managing testing workflows
Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and reporting procedures
