Technical Manager (Civil)
Description
Oversee and manage all technical operations related to civil materials testing, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. Provide technical guidance to laboratory and field teams, review testing procedures and reports, and ensure the accuracy and quality of test results. Support project teams and clients by resolving technical issues, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining laboratory accreditation requirements.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Related Field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of testing standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, BS, and relevant international standards
Experience supervising technical teams and managing laboratory and field testing operations
Ability to review and approve technical reports and testing procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Saudi Aramco approved Technical Manager / Quality Professional
Experience working on major infrastructure or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
Familiarity with laboratory accreditation systems (ISO/IEC 17025)
Strong knowledge of testing standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, BS, and relevant international standards
